Office Assistants Online specializes in supplying affordable, quality, office support to small business customers, proprietorships, and large corporations. Our competent trusted team will provide exceptional off-site administrative services to your busy firm on a full time, part time or occasional basis, as required. We offer our clients flexibility by providing a variety of services on an individual basis or in combination. We will complete your short-term or long-term assignments promptly and on time. As a result, by retaining the convenient cost-effective office services of Office Assistants Online, you will be able to streamline daily operation of your firm, eliminate the costs associated with hiring a new employee, such as space, resources, equipment, payroll, etc., and successfully operate your business.
PRICING:
Office Assistants Online offers a three tiered pricing structure: Monthly Retainer, Per Assignment, and Special Projects.
MONTHLY RETAINERS
Many of our clients who use our services on an ongoing basis have inquired about special rates and we have come up with the following plans:
- Plan A:
For clients who use 20+ hours of our services per month, we offer 5% off our regular rate.
- Plan B:
For clients who use 40+ hours of our services per month, we offer 10% off our regular rate.
- Plan C:
For clients who use 60+ hours of our services per month, we offer 15% off our regular rate.

PAY PER ASSIGNMENT
At Office Assistants Online, we understand that there are times when your own firm is overloaded and your office staff can use some extra help on a temporary or occasional basis. We offer standard pricing for letters, faxes, photocopies, resumes, etc.
- Typing - $0.07 per word
- Editing - $25.00 per page
- Mailing Labels - $0.35 each
- Faxes - $1.50 first page, $0.50 each additional page
- Copies - B/W: $0.15 each; color: $0.40 each
- Transcription -
a) Verbatim from digital or audio format (min-casette) or orally (over the phone):
$1.50/audio minute.
b) Intelligent and edited transcription: $35.00/hr.

SPECIAL PROJECTS:
Quotations for special projects will be provided based on the estimated time, incidental costs incurred and the complexity of the project. All incidental costs associated with the project will be included in the estimate. Based on the complexity of the project our rate is $30.00 - $50.00 per hour (CDN). PAYMENT
At Office Assistants Online, we appreciate your business and will make every effort to accommodate your payment method. We accept payment in the form of business cheques, certified cheques, money orders, and online with Visa or MasterCard through PayPal.
- Our rate for general administrative services is $35.00/hr. billed in 15 minute increments.
- A $40.00 minimum fee is charged on all projects.
- We reserve the right to add a 25% surcharge to all projects requiring "Rush" service.
- Monthly retainer invoices are emailed two weeks prior to the first of the month and are due and payable prior to the first of the month.
- Regular invoices are emailed on the first of the month and are payable upon receipt.
- Payment is due in full prior to delivery of finished project for work performed under the Hourly or Project Plans.
- There will be a $25.00 service fee for any returned cheques.
- Please note that Clients will be billed for incidental expenses incurred on their behalf. These include, but are not limited to – photocopying, postage, stationery supplies, printing, etc.

GENERAL POLICY:
- A signed contract, outlining the details of the project, will be required before beginning work.
- Hours of business are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday; however, our email is monitored 24/7.
- Every effort will be made to ensure your complete satisfaction with a finished project,
however final proofreading is the clients' responsibility.
